CONTAX AXのマウントアダプター版？
その昔、CONTAX AXというフィルムカメラがありました。
レンズではなく、フィルム面を前後移動させて、MFレンズをAF化するという画期的な機構のカメラでした。
あまり売れなかったみたいですけど…(^^;
（CONTAX AXを買った人のブログがありましたので、ご紹介します。）
2014年11月のデジカメinfoの記事に、イメージセンサーを前後移動させてMFレンズをAF化する技術が米国で特許を取得したというものがありました。
CONTAX AXのデジカメ版ですが、この方式より、今回の製品のように、マウントアダプターでAF化した方が、コストは断然安上がりだと思います。
重さ300gまでのライカMマウントレンズが使用可能
ただ、このマウントアダプターには、レンズの重さ300gという重量制限があるので、SummiluxやNoctiluxといった明るい大口径レンズは重くて装着できません。
しかし、重量制限内であれば問題なく使えるようですので、オールドレンズ遊びをするには最適なんじゃないでしょうか。
それと、MLリングを装着すれば、Lマウントレンズも使えると思うので、さらに楽しみが広がります。
私は現在、ライカのレンズも、ソニーα7シリーズも持っていませんが、こういう情報を見ると、すごく欲しくなります(^^;
